SAMOSA festival comes to an end in style

The SAMOSA Festival finally came to an end this Saturday with a grand perform by Sidi Goma, Indian musicians with African descent  and the Slum drummers from Kenya.The sweet rhythms of the African drums and Indian beats filled the dense air at the KICC building in the Nairobi City Centre.

The audience also got to bid on the original pieces of art made by  sculptors from Kuona Trust that were specially made with the festival concept  in mind,music.The event took an unexpected turn with patriotic chants and singing of the national anthem.The festival’s main aim is to convey messages related to the cohesion and integration through culture,music, poetry and drama. Next year bears  the promise of an even bigger and better festival.
